Explore:   "Windows on Warwickshire" gives a fascinating insight into the county's heritage, culture and personalities. Warwickshire County Council, The Shakespeare Birthplace Trust, Warwick Castle, Compton Verney House Trust and other organisations have collaborated to digitise some of the finest collections held across the county. Over 10,000 items are included. A series of Learning Packages further explain key aspects of the collections and give users the opportunity to improve their understanding of Warwickshire's unique past.

Content:   Resources include an extensive collection of old photographs, original artworks - including paintings, tapestries and ceramics, unique historical documents and books, old maps, functional items and even prehistoric fossils and geological specimens. Together these add up to a fascinating and unique record of the county.
